This ECLIPSE workshop looked at the role of transport in addressing social exclusion and provided information and discussion on building local partnerships between transport and social sectors to combat social exclusion, the physical accessibility of public areas transport and good practice examples from across Europe. The workshop also included a site visit to view local good practices and provided an opportunity for dialogue between transport and social sectors.
